Some people, even when looking for a cheap option, prefer to buy cars directly from dealers. When buying a new car, the salesperson may try to sell you additional features. These may include extended warranties, or upgraded features. If affordability is your primary concern, skip all the bells and whistles and just go for your basic needs. You can get by without them. While aesthetics may be nice, paying extra for something that does not impact function is somewhat frivolous. Ultimately, the car is there to serve as safe and convenient transportation. It can do its job just fine without having fancy features. And if you do not get extra tech features, you do not have to worry about spending even more on inevitable updates, renewal fees and repairs.
